Safety – Our EMR speaks for itself. Our team strives to perform our work in the safest manner, with annual safety training and daily safety talks at the beginning of each shift. Our goal is for all of our employees to return home safe at the end of every shift.
Quality – We strive to attract and keep the best personnel by providing the proper tools, training, office support, and field oversight. The CIC Skills Lab (our training facility) is not only for testing new applicants and improving trade skills, but also for leadership training for our foremen and superintendents.
